May 25, 2019The St. Francis lacrosse team was named the Sac-Joaquin Section Academic Team champion among four Troubadour teams placing among the top five schools in the section, joining swimming and diving, track and field and softball. -
Student-Athletes Recognized as Booster Club Announces Annual Awards
May 15, 2019Seniors Elise Urkov and Patricia Sweeney were honored as the Booster Club Scholar-Athletes of the Year, while Myra Anwar and Jade Borg received the Booster Club Leadership Award. -
20 Troubadours Earn All-City Recognition from SportStars and RiverCats

April 30, 2019The St. Francis lacrosse team lost to Granite Bay 17-3 in the Sacramento Valley Lacrosse League semifinals on Tuesday at Granite Bay High School. -
Lacrosse Drops Regular Season Finale at Davis
April 27, 2019The St. Francis lacrosse team lost its regular season finale 15-6 at Davis to finish in fourth in the Sacramento Valley Lacrosse League and earn a postseason berth. The Troubadours will play at Granite Bay on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the SVL semifinals. -
Nine Senior Troubadours Sign to Play Collegiate Sports
April 17, 2019Nine St. Francis seniors have made commitments to play collegiate sports this fall and were recognized at a ceremony at the school, bringing the total to 23 student-athletes for the Class of 2019. The Troubadours who signed on April 17 represent seven sports (basketball, cross country, lacrosse, rowing, swimming, tennis and water polo) and will be attending schools in four states (California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington). -
Senior Kate Macintyre to Sign with UC Davis Lacrosse
April 15, 2019Senior Kate Macintyre will sign with the UC Davis lacrosse program and join the Aggie program and attend the school in Davis this fall. -

April 09, 2019Jorie Keitges is a two-sport standout for the Troubadours. She will earn her sixth varsity letter at the completion of the lacrosse season. She likes art. She has narrowed down her college choice to Cal Poly Pomona and Sonoma State. -
Lacrosse Win Holy Stix 20-2 over Christian Brothers
April 05, 2019The St. Francis varsity lacrosse team rebounded from its only loss this season with a 20-2 win over rival Christian Brothers in the annual Holy Stix match at Mather Sports Complex. -
Lacrosse Falls to Granite Bay for First Loss
April 02, 2019St. Francis scored the first two goals of the game but ultimately fell to state-ranked No. 10 Granite Bay 17-7 on Tuesday at Mather Sports Complex. -
Get to Know: Lacrosse's #18 Rose Conlin
March 31, 2019Rose Conlin is in her third season playing lacrosse and second season on the varsity. She was inspired to play the sport by her little sister. She has been part of the Mathletes team and involved in the faith building activities on campus, while serving for four years on the Ambassador Leadership board. She will be attending Duquesne University. -
Lacrosse Defeats Bishop O’Dowd 15-5
March 30, 2019Sophomore Maggie Price had six goals and 11 draw controls to help St. Francis to 15-5 victory over Bishop O’Dowd. The Troubadours improved to 8-0 on the season and are ranked No. 16 and No. 5 in the North Coast Section in the Maxpreps rankings. -
Lacrosse Defeats Rio Americano Behind Six Goals by Barger
March 28, 2019Junior Grace Barger had a team-best six goals to lead the lacrosse team to a 19-5 win over Rio Americano at Encina High School on Thursday. -

March 27, 2019Sophomore lacrosse player Sophia Gorona was named the GoTroubies.com Athlete of the Week for the week of March 17-23, 2019. -
Lacrosse Wins Twice in Bay Area to Remain Undefeated
March 23, 2019Sophomore Sophia Gorona scored eight goals to pace St. Francis to a 14-10 win over Castilleja Saturday at Gunn High School. It completed a perfect weekend for the team as they improved to 6-0 on the season after a 14-4 win over Gunn on Friday. -
Get to Know: Lacrosse's #22 Jade Borg
March 19, 2019Jade Borg has been a four-year member of the St. Francis lacrosse program. She has scored 109 goals over 49 games in her first three seasons. She is the President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee this year. She is still awaiting her college decision but hopes to study entrepreneurship/finance. -
Lacrosse Defeats Campolindo 17-6 to Improve to 4-0
March 16, 2019Junior Grace Barger had four goals and two assists to help St. Francis post a 17-6 win over Campolindo Saturday at Davis Senior High School. -

March 15, 2019Six players scored as the St. Francis lacrosse team posted a 17-3 victory over Vista del Lago in the Sacramento Valley Lacrosse League opener for the Troubadours. -
Get to Know: Lacrosse's #2 Allie Belafsky
March 15, 2019Allie Belafsky is in her second season with the varsity lacrosse team after scoring three goals in nine games as a sophomore. She has also played water polo for three seasons for the Troubadours, helping the team reach NorCals and play in the section finals. She loves to ski and hike in her free time. -

Get to Know: Lacrosse's #6 Sophia Gorona
March 03, 2019Sophia Gorona is in her second season on the varsity. Sophia has been playing lacrosse since the fourth grade. She scored 37 goals and had 20 assists as a freshman. She like to ride horses in free time, including her horse Riffle, who lives in Idaho. She works in her aunt’s restaurant, My Father’s Place, over the summer. -
