Miles named USA Lacrosse All-American

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Junior midfielder Keira Miles represented St. Francis Catholic High School on the USA Lacrosse High School Girls' All-Americans roster, as announced by USA Lacrosse. The Loomis native and University of Denver commit is one of 14 honorees from the California - North Coast/Sac-Joaquin area.

Miles led the Troubadours with 66 goals while finishing with 51 draw controls, 13 ground balls and 16 caused turnovers. She also earned All-Sierra Foothill League first-team distinction while being named as the team's Midfield MVP. Miles enters her senior season with career totals of 136 goals, 14 assists, 123 DCs, 42 GBs and 27 steals. Her 66 goals last spring ranks third in school history, behind Brynley Hodge and Jane Tattersall, who each netted 70 tallies in 2023.

Miles, who plays club ball for Mad Dog West Elite, previously starred as a gymnast before turning to lacrosse in 2021. She is the first Troubie to earn USA Lacrosse All-America honors since Zahra Smith made the roll as a senior in 2022.

Although the lone SF honoree in 2025, Miles joins a group of four Sierra Foothill League players to earn spots on the All-America roster. She joined seniors Katherine McMullen (Davis), Sofia Williams (Oak Ridge) and Annika Tanner (Oak Ridge).

St. Francis finished 11-5 for the year, ranked third in the Sac-Joaquin Section by MaxPreps, and advanced to the CIF-SJS semifinal round.
